Update - We are continuing to experience issues with automatically issuing invoices that are in the approved status.
Advised workaround is to manually issue the invoice to your customer and mark the invoice as issued so that it is not sent once this issue is resolved.

Identified - Work is on going to resolve the issues with the Bulk invoicing functionality.

Investigating - Clients may experience issues generating, viewing and approving bulk invoices generated by the bulk invoicing robot.
We are also experiencing errors automatically sending out invoices that are in the approved status.
We are working to resolve these issues with our normal support hours.
